Hi! I love to cook but,it has to be quick, easy and delicious. I've done a lot of cooking over the years and I've collected some great recipes from friends, family, old cookbooks and other places. Some of the recipes I've altered slightly to make them a little easier and more convenient. I don't know about you but, if I can use canned, pre-packaged or ready made stuff, I'm all for it. So sit back, relax, have a cup of coffee and I hope you find a couple of recipes that you'll love as much as I do! And don't worry if you haven't got everything you need or you make a little mistake. My remedies and substitutions might just help.
